ئەو كەسێكی بەتواناو جیاوازە كە لەرێگای بەرنامەیەكی سكۆلارشیپی هەنگارییەوە دەرفەتی خوێندنی دكتۆراكەی پێدراوە. ئەو بوارانەی كە ئەو دەیەوێت توێژینەوە و بەدواداچونی زانستییان لەسەر بكات بریتین لە: حوكم بۆ پشتیوانیكردنی گەشەی ئابوری لەوڵاتە تازە پێشكەوتووەكاندا، سیاسەتی وزە، كاریگەری ئاوارەیی لەسەر ئاسایش و پرسەكانی تایبەت بەژنان.
